Terry Cudmore has been building homes on his own for more than 25 years. He worked in the construction industry right out of school at a large engineering and construction firm. A neighbor, at the time, who was an architect, asked Terry to build his home. That was the impetus for launching Cudmore Builders.

He offers a team of experienced, qualified, people you can trust and feel comfortable sharing your ideas and dreams, as you plan the details of your new luxury home. Our approach guides the homeowner through the design phase, working closely with the architect of their choice. There is no assembly-line approach to Cudmore Builders' projects. This virtue allows us to incorporate clients' ideas, regardless of how outlandish or difficult those ideas may be. From there, we make the selection process as enjoyable and exciting as possible by providing task schedules, resources and open communication with the client and their designers.
